Since I announced my semi-retirement/sabbatical a couple of months ago, it’s given me some time to focus on a project that I’d been putting off for years–scanning the large archive of negatives and prints I’d amassed over the years. A big portion of these are photos I inherited from my late grandparents of their travels as well as family photos and negatives from the year I was chief photographer and photo editor of my high school yearbook, and thus uninteresting or impossible to publish publicly due to privacy considerations.
However, I did find some old photos that I’ll share in a gallery format going forward, starting with some photos of Downtown Tyler and Tyler Junior College, Texas, I took at a photography workshop in high school in 1993. You can see the entire gallery at this link or get a taste below.
