Siloam Springs is a city in Benton County, Arkansas, United States. The population was 15,039 at the 2010 census, and it was estimated to be 19,792 in 2019. The city is located in the Ozarks region of northwest Arkansas and is known for its natural springs, recreational opportunities, and proximity to the Arkansas-Oklahoma state line. It is also home to John Brown University, a private liberal arts university.
